Sage Bundle - Mini Protection Kit

A 3” x 1" round mini White Sage smudge stick, a 3” (1-2oz) Selenite stick, and a 3" Palo Santo stick, tied together for a powerful kick to negativity. We also offer this bundle with 2 Palo incense cones or 1 larger Palo incense pyramid. 

Sage Smudge Sticks: Smudging your surroundings and yourself is a tradition used to guard against negativity and reduce stress and anxiety. Burning sage helps you achieve a higher state and improve your natural intuition. It has been used for ceremonial practices since Indigenous cultures walked the earth. 

Selenite Sticks: White Selenite, known as the Goddess Stone, is essential for cleansing and purifying to direct the flow of energy. Use selenite sticks or wands to cleanse yourself or your space. It connects us with our Highest Self, our Spirit Guides, and lights up the mystical pathway between ourselves and the Divine. Selenite propels us forward, continually asking us to become the brilliant and vibrant person we are capable of becoming.

Palo Santo Stick: known as the “holy wood” in Spanish, is used the same way white sage is used to combat negative energy and to cleanse the space. The smoke of the lit sticks is believed to enter the energy field of ritual participants to clear misfortune, negative thoughts, and to chase away evil spirits. Our Peruvian Palo Santo is ethically and sustainably sourced.

1. Light the end of a sage bundle and palo Santo stick with a match or white candle. Blow it out quickly, you don’t want it on fire. Keep your bundle over a fireproof vessel or abalone shell to catch your ash and help you hold the bundle.
2. The tip should smolder and release thick smoke. Move the smoke around you or the space with a feather or your other hand while holding the bundle out in front of you.
3. Allow the incense to linger on you or the surroundings you’d like to cleanse or protect. Using a feather can help direct the smoke into all the cracks and crevices.
